The Chosen Chardonnay has a well balanced complexity with hints of biscotti and a creamy mouthfeel. With ripe peach and apple on the nose as well as nuances of vanilla and fresh lemon. The wine is a combination of 50% tank and 50% matured in 300 liter French oak barrels for 8 – 9 months.
